Aiea Hongwanji Preschool is an early childhood program that is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Programs since 2015. Accreditation is earned by a comprehensive and voluntary process of self-study and an external professional review to verify compliance with Criteria for High Quality Early Childhood programs.
Department of Human services
Aiea Hongwanji Preschool is licensed by the Department of Human Services to care for 105 children and abides by all "Rules Governing Licensing of Group Day Care Centers" as required by the State of Hawai'i.
